Let me start off by saying that the customer service here is simply amazing! It's a fair size dealership with lots of beautiful luxury cars. The guy that helped me (Alex) was so knowledgeable of all the cars. He was friendly and charismatic. Most importantly he worked hard to find exactly what I was... looking for. He answered all my questions & concerns. They worked with me to keep my payments low & they didn't give me the run around like most other dealers. I love my Range Rover! I would go back to Alex again. I'm satisfied & happy with my experience at M Motorsports of Long Beach. mmotorsport had the best selection of vehicles.The car was in almost perfect mechanical condition except alignment which was easily corrected and I am very happy with it. The salesperson was great and very helpful. he was never pushy and let me take my time to get just the vehicle I wanted. There we...re no hidden charges and the financing process was excellent. Me and my husband went to look for a car 2 weeks ago and my husband is consider a first time buyer but Alex made it happen for him. He was happy he got to drive away with the car he wanted. Alex is the go to if u need a car and don't have a down payment they will work with u. I've know him since hig...h school and he is very sweet and helpful person. Car buying is never easy, so many decisions to make and things to take in consideration and well if your like me (let's just say I'm not a car expert) it's makes it that much difficult. M-Motorsports made this such a wonderful experience for me. Due to my job I wanted a much safer vehicle and of cou...rse wanted something that was nice and elegant. I came in contact with a very nice gentleman by the name of Mark who helped me out through the entire process. Mark was very customer service oriented and wanted to make sure I felt comfortable in what I would be purchasing. I told him that I had plans of trading in my vehicle in order to consider getting into a new one; We talked and he decided that he would be buying my vehicle. With that said I was already very ecstatic! He gave me plenty of options and at that point I was a little overwhelmed and couldn't decide. So he asked me a series of questions to see what I like and what kinds of features I wanted; he narrowed it down to two vehicles and at that point I already knew exactly what I wanted. I felt very good with my choice especially after all the information I had received. Mark was very patient and overall helpful. He got all the paper work going and got me a great deal with one of the banks that they work with (better than what my credit union had original offered me) which was totally awesome! I couldn't be any happier with my decision of coming to M-Motorsports to purchase my vehicle. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
